How much pellet do I need for a winter?
An average well-insulated home heated only by a pellet stove burns roughly 1–2 tonnes per season. About one tonne covers most homes; larger spaces or whole-house systems usually need two or more.
How are pallets delivered?
By pallet courier, curbside, typically within 48 hours. Full loads are delivered free; part-loads are quoted per postcode. Tail-lift unloading is available on request.
What makes ENplus A1 pellets better?
ENplus A1 is the highest quality grade: more heat per kilo, under 0.7% ash so less cleaning, and tight 6 mm sizing that feeds smoothly and protects your auger and burn pot.
How do I pay?
Confirm your order from our quote, then pay by bank transfer or on delivery. A VAT invoice is emailed with every order — ideal for businesses and landlords.
